After the Canvas Fun A76 became available online last month, Micromax has discreetly launched yet another device in its Fun series called the Canvas Fun A74. This budget smartphone is available online on e-commerce sites like Snapdeal and Infibeam for Rs 7,749.
Talking of specifications, the Canvas Fun A74 sports a 4.5-inch capacitive display and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor supplemented with 512MB of RAM. Much like many other pocket-friendly devices, this too features a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, expandable memory via a microSD card and a 1,500mAh battery.
Connectivity-wise the device supports 3G, Wi-Fi, GPRS and Bluetooth and on the software front runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Priced at Rs 7,749 the Canvas Fun A74 is likely to get tough competition from the phones like Spice Stellar Glamour, Intex Cloud X4 and Gionee P2 among others.
Over the weekend leakster @MMXNewscaster leaked details of an upcoming budget smartphone in the Fun series called the Micromax Fun A63.
